The Clash of Old and New An Artist’s View of Toronto’s Evolving Skyline
Toronto is a beautiful city Many people love to visit it As an artist I see the skyline is constantly changing New buildings are popping up everywhere.
The mod architecture is really unlike from the older buildings You can see grandiloquent glass towers reaching for the sky They sparkle in the sun and show a brilliant fresh side of Toronto But correct following to these towers you yet find the older brick buildings These buildings have stories They show the history of the city.
Toronto Environmental Alliance
One group that cares about our city is the Toronto Environmental Alliance They work firmly to protect our environment while we build fresh homes and offices They remind us that with fresh buildings we must besides think about nature It’s of import to have greenish spaces in our city.
As we build fresh structures we must follow the rules from the Toronto Green Standard This means fresh buildings should be full for the planet We need to use less energy and create spaces where plants can grow It’s outstanding to see how some fresh buildings are nowadays designed with nature in mind.
The Blend of Old and New
As an artist I enjoy seeing how these fresh buildings mix with the older ones Walking in the city I can see both sides The fresh towers stand grandiloquent while the older buildings keep their charm They tell us about Toronto’s past and how the city has grown.
When I create art I like to capture this blend I want to show how mod architecture meets history Sometimes I yet include sports in my art like the Toronto Sports teams They bring life to the city The colors and energy of the fans make the skyline yet to a greater extent exciting.
Toronto is a city of change Every day we see fresh buildings being built But we besides see older buildings being cared for As an artist I hope to keep capturing this astonishing mix of older and new.
